Sales Tax and Shipping
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky, US. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside of Kentucky, US.
Your purchase will be shipped via UPS Service from the manufacture's warehouse within two to three business days. Please note we only ship within the United States.

Do you update your products?
We update our site with the latest products available.
When will I receive my delivery?
Usually all our products leave the warehouse within two business days after your order, often sooner. During heavy seasonal periods it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After your product leaves the warehouse typical UPS shipping times apply.
Can I return something?
We sell high quality brand name products, however occassionally you want to return something you purchase. Most items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in saleable condition, with all original contents and packaging. A 25% restocking fee is charged (we are charged by the manufacturer). Returm shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Email us at care@baileytechnologies.com to check for availability of return.
What about Warranties?
All of our products are fully warranteed by the maufacturer. If a product is defective the manufacturer's warranty in formation and service address will be marked in or on your package. If the product is damaged during shipping, this can be handled by calling UPS. If you have a question which is not answered by UPS or the manufacturer contact at help@baileytechnologies.com
